Sales Development Representative

As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

Lead generation (Prospecting, qualifying, processing, and following up) using various media (e.g. LinkedIn, e-mail, calls) and different automation tools

Effectively engaging with the clients, identifying needs, and matching against the company's capabilities
Checklist icon
Analyzing, differentiating, and converting clients from hot prospects; Connecting the prospects with the sales/technical team and overseeing the transition process

Maintaining information on hot prospects in CRM prior to handover to the sales team
Checklist icon
Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers

Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas

Required qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Checklist icon
Experience working in the IT sector/selling digital services, ideally on the US market

Experience using CRM
Checklist icon
The ability to multitask daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
